Plasticware, LLC acquires the Mt Vernon Kentucky plant from Alcoa/Reynolds®.
Plasticware will continue to manufacture Del-Ware® Deli Containers
New York, NY, July 10, 2007 – Plasticware LLC, now one of the largest producers of deli containers announced today the purchase of the Mount Vernon Kentucky Del-Pak® Container manufacturing plant from Alcoa/Reynolds® The newest acquisition positions Plasticware LLC as a major supplier of deli containers to the Food Service Industry and it will continue to manufacture the Del-Ware® line of deli containers with the former Alcoa/Reynolds® management and employees.
